Yes I do, i just googled the exact problem and it appears it used to happen a lot on PS4 also. Its a server fault that doesn't happen to everyone. So not a lot I can do about it I dont think.
First I changed the exe to open as admin, then I right clicked DSR in steam and went to properties>controller> dropdown menu> Disable steam input. One of those changes got it to work for me. I'm having a very similar issue, I play dark souls on pc with a wired xbox controller, and it stopped working in dsr today.
It's the PS4 Pro version, but it runs properly. Very solid 60fps. Same with Sekiro on PS5. Elden Ring runs damn close to 60fps most of the time, if you're using the PS4 Pro version. So, the PS5 is where you go to play your PS4 games properly. Kind of funny, really. NO REFUGE.
